Why Is Google Chrome Not Translating

Why is google chrome not translating. By default Chromes translating of additionally added languages is turned off but if youd rather Chrome handle these languages as well click more three dots next to a language next to the language and tick the Offer to translate pages in this language setting. If you still dont see Translate the language may not be available for translation. Instead youll have to select the English United States dialect or another dialect. Click to the right of the language dialect then click Display Google Chrome in this language in the pop-up menu.

It could be due to improperly configured language settings conflicts with extensions or an outdated web cache. The recent Chrome update has broken its ability to recognize languages.
