No man's sky build base computer on freighter. All parts can be built in a Freighter except the Base Computer Industrial Mining parts Vehicle Summoners and planet-based teleporter. Only the former of the two can be placed inside a freighter base. All parts can be deleted without also deleting attached objects.

You press Z on your freighter to bring up all the rooms and options for building in it. If you get to a centre the freighter and base can go with you to the next galaxy whereas the planetary base has to be left behind.

When you start the game for the first time after updating to No Mans Sky NEXT you will discover that your old freighter base no longer exists. Introducing update 22 The Synthesis Update introduces a number of frequently-requested features and improvements to No Mans Sky Beyond. Go to the command area of the freighter and use the warp control interface.

Summoning ones freighter from any where any time is a wee bit faster than returning to a base. You may need to warp through countless Star Systems though. DONT build a base computer in your freighter and create a base.
