If you feel that you need something more than just a microfibre cloth to clean your car window tint you can use good old soapy water.

Film is installed indoors where dust and fingerprints accumulate. This is a very mild but effective cleaning product that wont damage your tint in any way.

Do not clean the glass during the drying period the first 21 days after tinting. This could cause the film to peel crack and deteriorate. When the film degrades it wont.

Always use a clean microfibre cloth because trapped dust and dirt in the cloth from using it to clean. Do not wash tinted windows until the tint is at least 30 days old.

Some car windows come tinted from the factory. Cleaning your car windows could be done by using a soft lint-free cloth and a mild cleaning agent approximately 21 days after your windows have been tinted. Do not use a brush scrubbing brush abrasive sponge paper towel duster old t-shirt rag or anything but a soft microfibre cloth.

A harsh product will break down the films adhesive layers. When cleaning a cars tinted windows make sure to use an ammonia-free cleaner as ammonia will eat away the tint over time. Many times you may see a window film job that has a bunch of large bubbles and think that it was a bad tint or a bad tint job.
